Don Giovanni at Opera North

I’ve just had the great pleasure of spending the last two months at Opera North in Leeds. At the moment, I’m covering Claire Wild’s feisty Zerlina in Alessandro Talevi’s new production of Mozart’s Don Giovanni. Opera North are a wonderful company and the cover cast was well looked after by assistant director Jack Furness who helped us deliver Opera North’s ‘best cover show ever’ (as dubbed by one very supportive company member).
The show runs until the end of November with performances in Leeds, Nottingham, Salford Quays and Newcastle. More details to be found here. Well worth a watch if you’re in the area.
